News10-Albany is reporting police in Coxsackie are conducting an investigation after a razor blade was found inside of a piece of Halloween candy. Coxsackie Mayor Mark Evans said the candy was received by someone who was trick-or-treating in the village on Sat., Oct. 31. Officials are asking residents to check all candy thoroughly. If tampered candy is found, or if anyone has any information that could help the investigation, they are asked to contact the Coxsackie Police Department at 518-731-8121.
