This broadcast will focus on the Pixies, an American alternative rock band. Founded in Boston in 1985, the band disbanded acrimoniously in 1993 but reunited in 2004. From 1985 until 1991, they released an EP and four records. Host Brendan Donegan will play highlights from “Come on Pilgrim,” “Surfer Rosa,” “Doolittle,” “Bossanova,” and “Trompe le Monde.”
