Nothing to See Here: 10 A Can Of Worms (Audio)
Nothing to See Here is a program of experimental spoken word and sonic experiments produced by David Clark at NSCAD University in Halifax, Canada. Part Nihilistic metafiction and part elevator pitch for a world where anything is possible, this program channels a beatnik vibe in the Post-Trump age of HyperNormalisation. This can of worms contains, among other things, a meditation on David Lewis' ideas of Modal Realism and the uses of erasure. Made in Harlem the week after the US election!
Written and performed by David Clark With the additional voices of Hesam Hanif, Chris O'Neil, Ken Schwartz, and Sara Hartland-Rowe. Sound Design and Mixing by David Clark. 2016
