This month’s guest on Poet Ray’d Yo is poet-musician Drew Gardner. Motion Detector: Early Poems 1996-2000 is most recent amongst his books. In 2023, Drew edited the anthology Ingenious Pleasures: An Anthology of Punk, Trash, and Camp in Twentieth Century Poetry, was a co-founder of Flarf, and plays in the band Elkhorn.

Blending words and sounds, bringing to the airwaves live performances as well as field and studio recordings by writers the host has crossed paths with over the course of a quarter century.
