City of Hudson Board of Estimate and Apportionment budget discussion of the city's three funds, C, F, and G. The Mayor, City of Treasurer and President of the Hudson Common Council make up the BEA. The BEA is required by law to meet between Sept. 15 and Nov. 1, every year, for the purpose of crafting a city budget to cover the expense of city business for the coming fiscal year.
