Originally from Los Angeles, Nevin received a scholarship in 2006 "to attend Manhattan School of Music"...and "since then he has performed and/or recorded with artists such as Albert “Tootie” Heath, Billy Hart, Greg Osby." Nevin’s debut release with his quintet is entitled, "Tenderness is Silent" (www.martinnevinbass.com). The Jazz Disturbance is a show featuring jazz and other improvisational music from local, regional, worldwide, and world-class artists.
