In the second hour, Hudson Valley historian Sylvia Hasenkopf will talk about the new historic marker installed on Sept. 15, commemorating the Cairo Fairgrounds, former site of the Greene County Agricultural Society Fair, horse racing, and the short-lived Cairo Speedway.
