"Deja Vudu Sound Archive" is a program made by Fabiana Gibim operating as an archive-in-motion, assembling an imaginary cartography of signals without fixed origin, where memory is metabolized rather than preserved, where fragments circulate, decay, return, and recombine across space-times that refuse chronology.

The program treats radio as a porous membrane between archival debris and lived presence, folding together voices, field recordings, speculative broadcasts, cosmic sonifications, and sonic fiction to unsettle linear chronology and stable authorship. Night here is not backdrop but method, in Hardy's words, beyond "the tabulations of masochistic skepticism and sadistic truth," a time-space of shifting, slipping dislocations and hidden emissions where the archive escapes and where the refused can be summoned back, where the distance between a recording made in 1974 and a voice speaking now collapses into something porous and alive. To render to the dark its powers of potential, of latency, so that what cannot yet be heard might begin transmitting through the interference, as the interference, indistinguishable from it.
