In the second hour, Hudson Valley historian Sylvia Hasenkopf will talk about the evolution of the American Santa Claus. And the show will also tune in Brenda Shufelt, Program Director of the Hudson Area Library, and volunteer history researcher John Craig, who will discuss the programs and resources available to the public in the library's History Room. The WGXC Morning Show is a radio magazine show featuring local news, interviews with community leaders and personalities, reports on cultural issues, a rundown of public meetings, local and regional events, with weather updates, and more about and for the community, made mostly through volunteers in the community through WGXC.
