At 6:30 p.m., Rep. Antonio Delgado holds a town hall meeting at the Dutchess County Townhall, 1215 Centre Rd. in Rhinebeck. WGXC will attempt to broadcast the Congressperson's Facebook Live feed on 90.7-FM of the event.
