Produced by Tom Roe. (5:25)
On Thu., March 7 Attorney General Eric Holder released a 43-word statement in response to Kentucky Republican Rand Paul's Senate filibuster the day before. Paul questioned Holder's previous letter to Rand, which, he said, suggested the administration felt it could bomb Americans with radio-controlled drones on U.S. soil. Republicans John McCain and Lindsey Graham, criticized Paul on the Senate floor today as John Brennan was confirmed as CIA Director (what Rand was filibustering). The White House released Holder's letter during its daily press briefing (clip included) and Paul found out on Fox News (clip included).
