"Invest in Our New York" coalition member Rebecca Bailin talks to WOOC correspondent Corinne Carey about the coalition's call on state lawmakers and the Governor to adopt a three-point plan to raise revenue to fill the state's gaping budget hole. And Blair Horner of NYPIRG discusses state revenues and the stock transfer tax, environment, higher education. and voter reform. with WOOC's Mark Dunlea. Plus, on Jan. 20 a coalition of area socialist organizations rallied at the Federal Building in Albany to demand implementation of a socialist agenda, including a Green New Deal, Medicare for All, the dismantling of the war economy, and an end to the blockade in Cuba. Mark Dunlea of WOOC talked to Canyon Ryan of Capital District United Left Front and Socialist Party.
