Also, Evelyn Elizabeth Garzetta, of Grace Latino Outreach about their ESL program that includes child care and food, their "doculoan" or interest free loan for filing immigration paperwork, and other services. She also speaks about the Dial-A-Ride transportation service of the Northeast Community Center.
