Ron Gabriele, a local history buff from Catskill, will tell us about the Imperial Lifeboat and Davit Co. in Athens, a manufacturer of lifeboats during World War II. We'll hear about how the boats were made and what the building is used for now. Dedicated to the history of Greene County, its notable people and places and the Hudson River, the show features interviews with local historians, longtime residents with stories to tell, and archival recorded material.
