Shiela Henderson, Executive Director of Catwalk, has lived and worked in Catskill and its surrounding areas for most of her life. She has long admired the historic homes that overlook the Hudson River and is now honored to work in one herself—the former home of Charles Herbert Moore, followed by the late Purcell Palmer, and now housing the Catwalk Artist Residency. As a member of the Catwalk team, she enjoys daily views of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River while supporting Catwalk’s mission in the arts. Henderson looks forward to meeting new residents, learning about their work, and continuing to be inspired by the beauty and magic that surround Catwalk.
