Volume 116 The Sound Effects Man. This week our hero makes the best sounds. Songs and segments from Barbra Streisand and Barry Gibb ("Guilty"), Kanye West ("I Love It"), The Clash ("Rudie Can't Fail"), Randy Rainbow ("Cruella Devos"), Spike Jones ("The Sound Effects Man") and Golden Earring ("Twilight Zone"). Clips and excerpts from Sarah Sanders; Rudy Giuliani; Rod Serling; John Oliver; Jimmy Kimmel; Stephen Colbert; Robert De Niro, Aidy Bryant, Alec Baldwin, Colin Jost, and Michael Che from "Saturday Night Live;" Adam Schiff; Seth Meyers; Animal from "The Muppet Show;" Katy Tur; Lindsey Graham; Rachel Maddow; Chris Hayes; Bill Maher; Elissa Slotkin; and Michael Winslow. An original radio theatre show each week, with most sounds culled from the previous week, about a fictional, theatrical presidency. Contradictions tell the story, with songs, skits, and clips from political news shows and late-night comedy routines. The definition of "radio theatre" is stretched here, with an updated Dickie Goodman and/or Richard Foreman-meets-mashup style sometimes, and a more straightforward take other weeks. Currently airing on 30 or 40 stations around the world, the network has ordered another 15 episodes, but there are threats of cancellation.
