WGXC Morning Show: Christin Ripley, Sylvia Hasenkopf (Audio)

In the first hour, textile and paper artist Christin Ripley will talk about Objects 'n the Round, her one-woman studio/shop on Main St. in Catskill, celebrating five years with an event on Weds., Jan. 23. In the second hour, Hudson Valley historian Sylvia Hasenkopf will discuss New York State’s historical marker program, its importance to Greene County, and how volunteerism can preserve existing markers and add new ones. The WGXC Morning Show is a radio magazine show featuring local news, interviews with community leaders and personalities, reports on cultural issues, a rundown of public meetings, local and regional events, with weather updates, and more about and for the community, made mostly through volunteers in the community through WGXC.
