WGXC Live: The Shepherd’s Play

For hundreds of years ordinary folk in the small Austrian village of Oberufer on the Danube River gathered in the local tavern at Christmas time to perform this play for their neighbors. Camphill Hudson presents its rendition of The Shepherd’s Play. Performances are on Friday, December 20 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, December 21 at 4 p.m. There will be a live webstream at wavefarm.org/listen as the show may last past 8 p.m. on Dec. 20.
