Democrat state Senator Cecilia F. Tkaczyk represents New York's 46th Senate District, which stretches from Amsterdam to Kingston, including Greene County. She will discuss Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's State of the State Address, her ongoing efforts to improve rural broadband access and the status of education reform in New York, among other topics.
