A new friend has dealt himself a bad hand be embezzling for a crooked firm. Constance helps out the poor schnook. In the "Gunrunner," Constance meets a Latino revolutionary, Ramon Santos, who she helps finance his Junta with her Wall Street contacts. Meanwhile her nemesis Detective Ben Drummond is out to stop them. From Pacifica Radio.
