Donald Drumpf Theatre: Vol. 84 Truth Isn't Truth. This week, our hero's lawyer turns the truth upside down. Songs this week from The Honey Drippers ("Impeach the President"), Randy Rainbow ("Omarosa"), R.E.M. ("Exhuming McCarthy"), and Golden Earring ("Twilight Zone"). Clips and excerpts from Sarah Sanders; Rudy Guiliani; Lawrence O'Donnell; Lindsey Graham; John Oliver; Chuck Todd; Stephen Colbert; Omarosa Manigault Newman; Jake Tapper; Seth Meyers; "The Late Show;" Brooke Baldwin; Fredricka Whitfield; Brian Williams; Lanny Davis; and Jimmy Kimmel. "Donald Drumpf Theatre" is an original radio theatre show about a fictional, theatrical presidency, with most sounds culled from the previous week. Contradictions tell the story, with songs, skits, and clips from political news shows and late-night comedy routines. The definition of "radio theatre" is stretched here, with an updated Dickie Goodman and/or Richard Foreman-meets-mashup style sometimes, and a more straightforward take other weeks.
