The music of vibraphonist Patricia Brennan trading compositions and improvisations with trumpeter Adam O’Farrill and with her septet SeVeN: recorded at the Roulette concert hall in Brooklyn in 2024. With Jon Irabagon and Mark Shim, saxophones; Kim Cass, bass; Dan Weiss, drums; Mauricio Herrera, percussion. Mexican born Brennan is a highly awarded and treasured artist (Downbeat, NPR, NY Times) and collaborator (Michael Formanek, John Hollenbeck, Mary Halovorson).
