Ginger Radio Hour: Leslie T. Sharpe (Audio)
Apr 05, 2026
Writer and naturalist Leslie T. Sharpe returns to Ginger Radio to talk about the new paperback edition of her classic Catskills tome The Quarry Fox, featuring illustrations by the celebrated artist Will Lytle, and published by Woodstock’s own Golden Notebook Press. "Reading this book is like taking a walk in the woods with a very wise friend," says Nina Shengold.
Host Justin Maiman from Cairo shares his latest inspirations on the "Ginger Radio Hour." Live from WGXC's Acra studio, the show features music, field recordings, performances, and interviews, primarily with people in and around the Catskill Mountains of New York.
