@Issue: The Columbia-Greene Partnership Academy (Audio)

Aug 07, 2013
Hosted by Thomas DePietro.
Host Tom DePietro discussed the newly created Columbia-Greene Partnership Academy with guests Bruce Potter, superintendent of the Berkshire Union Free School District, Hudson Common Council President Don Moore, and Alderman John Friedman. The academy is the product of a collaboration between Questar III BOCES, the Hudson City, Catskill Central and the Berkshire Union Free school districts. "The Bridge," as it is also known, will serve students who could benefit from more individual attention and creative approaches to learning. The Bridge went largely unnoticed until it was discovered the program was to be housed in a historic building located on the 300 block of Warren Street, near shops, art galleries and restaurants.
