Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) delivered his farewell address on the House floor Nov. 14, 2012. In his remarks he criticized the U.S. government, politicians and special interests, calling for a return to policies that favored personal liberty, and said that the Constitution had failed to limit the scope of an authoritarian bureaucracy.
