Vincent Seeley discussed the various roles he plays as both a member of the Village of Catskill Board and the Greene County Legislature. Plus, the future of the village and town, ongoing revitalization efforts and the just adopted 2015 county budget. Seeley, a Democrat, has served as a member of the Village Board for 10 yrs, eight of them as its president. He represents District 1 on the Legislature. He was born, raised and educated in Catskill.
