From Noon Saturday to Noon Sunday, Caroline Partamian and Ethan Primason transformed and repurposed the vacant carriage house of 193 First Street in Newburgh, NY, as a site to debut the Sonic Transmission Archive with a continuous 24 hour sonic event showcasing sounds by local & regional musicians and artists, as well as collecting and broadcasting contributions to the Archive.
