The Food Segment participants meet at Four Brothers Pizza Inn at 2828 Rt. 23 in Hillsdale to indulge on appetizers, pizzas, and their famous Greek salad. Along the way they soak in the aesthetic and culinary particularities of the family restaurant chain, which has been in operation since 1976. But the seams begin to fray when it comes time for dessert, unraveling further and further from the center of a "molten" chocolate cake.
Traversing the Hudson Valley to eat at restaurants and other food establishments, Tepper searches for fundamental truths about the spirit of the universe.
