In this broadcast, a conversation with Ann Rosenthal, head of the Hudson Area Library Programming Committee about the “Civil Rights Show & Tell” program to take place at the library, Thu., Feb. 4, along with Ruth Tamaroff and Michael O’Hara, who will discuss their involvement in the civil rights movement in the 1960s. Plus, Peter Meyer will talk about author Todd Brewster’s appearance at the Hudson Opera House scheduled for Sat., Feb. 6. Brewster will read from his latest book, "Lincoln’s Gamble," an account of the tumultuous six months leading up to the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. The show features local news, interviews with community leaders and personalities, a rundown of local and regional events, weather updates, and more about and for the community.
