Robert Miller is the creator and publisher of the Black Chronicle and La Chronica, publications that use the newspaper-format to tell African American and Mexican American history, and the website “Our History As News”. Miller is a Greene County resident, and was formerly the Director of Educational publishing at Thirteen/WNET.
