Lovonia Mallory Interviews Joan Wagner of Dudley Observatory in Schenectady. She is responsible for education initiatives at the observation, which used to be in Albany. She has an extensive experience teacher she was educated a Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y., B.A. Biology & Psychology , Teachers College, Columbia University, N.Y., M.A. in Science Education, Fellowship Molecular Biology, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Postgraduate course work at Hofstra University, University at Albany, College of St. Rose, Union College.
