"Gridlock Soundlab" airs first Saturdays from 3-5 AM and third Saturdays from 10 PM-12 AM EST on Wave Farm WGXC Acra 90.7 FM in New York's Upper Hudson Valley, and first and third Fridays from 4-6 PM CST on Lumpen Radio WLPN-LP Chicago 105.5 FM.
