Melissa Moore, NY state director of the Drug Policy Alliance, discusses the differences between the legislature and the Governor, especially on how to deal with the equity issue with WOOC's Mark Dunlea. Plus, the Break Free From Plastic Coalition recently sent a letter to Congress, signed by 257 organizations, that outlines recommendations to be included in the next stimulus bill to address plastic pollution and its impacts on public health.
