People like Jean Shepard and spoken word performers like Spaulding Gray as well as pioneers like Joe Frank and many others. Plus some music from the era as well as a weekly recipe. Gregory Forte "made his bones" as a public school teacher in East Harlem for years. He moved upstate to raise his family. Radio has always been a passion of his ever since he would sit on his grandfather's knee and listen to the hand cranked Victrola as it played Caruso and other great Italian singers.
