At more than halfway through the winter season, it's time for a midwinter reggae break, with mellow and uptempo tunes by such artists as Althea and Donna, Junior Murvin, Marcia Aitken, Sean Paul, Dennis Brown, Marcia Griffiths, Ken Boothe, Toots and the Maytals, Israel Vibration, The Abyssinians, Dawn Penn, and Bob Marley and the Wailers.

Formerly called "The Morning Sampler," on this show host Brendan Donegan plays, "an eclectic mix of old and new blues, electronica, pop, RnB, country, Latin, rock, rap and a bit of classical music" live from WGXC's Hudson studio.
