Tune in for this nine hour marathon featuring recordings from the 2014 Dark Circuits Festival, which took place at venues throughout New York City in June. Organized by Hans Tammen, the Dark Circuits Festival featured performers who work in contemporary electronic sound practices such as circuit bending, no-input mixers, laptops, turntablism, analogue circuitry, network sniffers, live coding and soldering, plus other instruments we may have never heard of yet. Dark Circuits was supported by Wave Farm's Fiscal Sponsorship program. Matthew Ostrowski, Andrea Parkins, Dafna Naphtali, Miguel Frasconi, Phillip Stearns, Philip White, Joshua Fried, Shoko Nagai, Maria Chavez, Satoshi Takeishi, Joker Nies, Mario DeCega, Lars Graugaard, and Michael Vorfeld are among the performers at Eyebeam, MakeMusicNY, Spectrum, The Firehouse, Shapeshifter, Harvestworks, Reverse Gallery and Outpost Artist Services in the Dark Circuits Festival.
