In the windows of HiLo, current artists Melinda Kiefer and Christopher Santiago will delight and regale the street with music, dance, video, and puppets. They will be joined by friends Omer Gal of Cookie Tongue, the well-known and loved bard and prop -master from Brooklyn and previous HiLo artist, and Cawly Sanderson of The Lauwghters.
