Participants will work with longleaf pine needles to coil a basket. Coiling is an ancient technique in which bundles of material are sewn together in a spiral pattern using a wrapping strand to build the basket. The baskets will vary in size, but measure approximately 5 inches square, by 3 inches high. For all skill levels, from beginner on up.
