The Planning Board of the City of Hudson holds public hearings in the Common Council Chambers on 1) an application from the Hudson Sloop Club for site plan review of the Nack Education Center off of Water Street, Tax ID# 109.11-1-16.1, that will include an information kiosk, outdoor classroom and storage, all uses to be waterfront-related; and 2) an application from Spirits, Vittles and Strangelove, d/b/a Backbar, 347 Warren Street, Tax ID# 109.52-1-15, to modify a previously approved site plan to expand hours of operation at its outdoor area. All interested parties will have an opportunity at this time to be heard in connection with said applications.
