For hundreds of years ordinary folk in the small Austrian village of Oberufer on the Danube River gathered in the local tavern at Christmas time to perform this play for their neighbors. This year, Camphill Hudson is pleased to present its rendition of The Shepherd’s Play to the local community. Admission is free, though donations are gratefully accepted. All proceeds will go toward the restoration of the Presbyterian Church’s historic stained glass window. Performances are on Friday, December 16 at 7:30pm and Saturday, December 17 at 4pm.
