Creative Writing For Seniors, is a four-week creative writing class for seniors begins Thursday, September 14 and continues through October 26, from 2:30 - 4 p.m. Taught by author, artist, educator, and social activist Maureen McNeil. Each week McNeil will share the work of one writer who broke through social barriers and connected with the community. Seniors will be asked to share a selection of their work. All levels of writers are welcome. A final celebration will be held in the library. This class is offered in collaboration with the City of Hudson Senior Center and is made possible in part by funds from mid-Hudson Library System.
