This program is dedicated to helping the participants understand Ag Districts Law, and how it pertains to objectives they have for their land. It will be helpful instruction, demonstrating how the many protections and benefits under the law may be put to use by the agricultural landowner. Some of the program time will be devoted to busting several of the “myths” associated with the Ag Districts Law and agricultural assessments. Is your land in the Agricultural District?
