Under the direction of Ann Clapper, the Coxsackie-Athens Band is coming to Cairo to play 1920's music. Community bands were major features of Greene County communities and Cairo had its own band too. The Coxsackie-Athens Community Band will transport you back to the Prohibition Era, and give you a glimpse of the toe tapping tunes of the 1920's. This event is sponsored by the Cairo Historical Society and is free to all attendees.
