The focus of this month's agenda is on developing and implementing a new committee structure, as well as continuing the Council's organizational development process. The meetings are open to the public for observation. The last 15 minutes of the meeting are reserved for public participation. Anyone in attendance wishing to participate will have equal time to address the Council.
