Columbia County Council on the Arts presents a juried art show titled "Wabi Sabi." An opening reception with the artists and guest juror, Scott Balfe, will be held on Saturday, September 24th from 5:00-7:00pm, juried by Scott Balfe, artist who paints in the tradition of the Hudson River School.
