Present by: Beth L. Horton, Cornell Cooperative Extension 0f Columbia & Geene Counties. This program’s intent is to bring families together for a time of sharing, learning & fun. Each month families will help to prepare a healthy meal to be hared by the group, learn about Building a Healthy Pantry, Family Gardening the Three Sisters way, Menu Planning with Kids, Food Coops & CSA’s, Supermarket Smarts, Tour gardens, Healthy Homes and Greene Holiday Shopping. There are special activities for kids and surprise visits by local chefs.
