3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration

A weekend commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and celebrating African-American culture. All events take place in Hudson's Waterfront Park.
Friday (June 17): Vendors and music start at 7 p.m.; outdoor screening of Miss Juneteenth at 8:30 p.m.
Saturday (June 18): Revival of the Fittest Lipsync Show, hosted by Ngounga Badila (7 p.m. to 10 p.m.).
Sunday (June 19): Juneteenth Celebration from noon until 9 p.m., Ancestral offering at the river (12 p.m.); Youth Talent Show and Local Artist Showcase (2 p.m.); plus music, vendors, food, arts activities, games and prizes, wellness check-ins, community conversations, love and togetherness (all day).
