In this three-hour workshop with Christin Ripley, participants will create marbled monoprints on paper using acrylic-based pigments atop a carrageenan size (seaweed). Using combs, rakes, droppers, broom corn and other tools to manipulate the pattern in our vats, capturing the pattern by laying our paper atop the pattern floating on the size.
