Albany's newest community radio station 107.1 WSER (107.1-FM): South End Radio is coming soon, and this is one of the first open community meeting about the station. WSER is now in its initial development stage, and we are seeking volunteers. WSER is a project of Grand Street Community Arts, a youth-centered neiighborhood art center that aims create unity through the arts. Grand Street Community Arts is located in historic St. Anthony's Church in Albany.
