A community meeting to discuss whether or not Hillsdale should adopt a Climate Smart Community Pledge will be held, sponsored by Hillsdale's Green Solutions Committee, and will feature a presentation by Robyn Reynolds of the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Reynolds will outline the goals of the Climate Smart Community Pledge, which include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, saving taxpayers money, creating new jobs, and attracting new businesses and residents to Hillsdale. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
